I will rent the apartment for a minimum of 3 nights. If you stay longer than 2 weeks the price will be reduced according to the length of your stay.

At the end of your stay the apartment will be cleaned. This will cost an additional € 40,--.

Means of payment: Normally prepayment via a bank transfer. Long term stay bank transfer by the first of each month.
