Schnell erreichen Sie von Ihrer Wohnung aus die naturwissenschaftlichen Institute der Universität, die Kliniken, das Max Planck Institut und den Technologiepark mit den Firmen Curevac, Cegat etc.
Sie wohnen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft des Einkaufzentrums Wanne, wo Sie viele Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen können. Dort gibt es auch einen Geldautomat:  und ein gutes italienisches Restaurant Bella Roma.  Die Kunsthalle Tübingen befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle. Den Botanischen Garten erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. 
Zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist auch das Dorf Waldhausen, wo Sie Produkte von Hofläden einkaufen können, z.B.  frische Kuhmilch. Hofladen Wizemann und Bauer Bechtle. Wenn Sie sich beim Joggen erholen wollen, erreichen Sie den nahe gelegenen Wald in 5 Minuten.

From your apartment you can quickly reach the University Science Institutes, the clinics, Max Planck Institut, as well as the “Technologiepark” where you can find Curevac, Cegat and other companies.

Your apartment is located directly in the neighbourhood of a shopping center where you can find many things for your every day needs. There is also a bank with an ATM. The Kunsthalle Tübingen, where there are very nice art exhibitions, is situated directly across the street. The nearest bus stop is only a few meters from the house. The Botanical Garden is a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. 

The small farming village of Waldhausen is also very close. Here you can buy fresh milk and other products from the farmer´s shops. Hofladen Wizemann and Bauer Bechtle.  If you like to jog in the woods in order to relax you can reach the forest within 5 minutes.
